RateAnalyzer™

Like most people you probably don’t have the time to watch mortgage interest rates to determine the best time to refinance your home. RateAnalyzer™ is a proprietary database that is used to track the current status of clients' loans against current market conditions. We are constantly using RateAnalyzer™ to ensure our clients have the best interest rates available. When rates decline, we contact our clients and lower their rates, often on a no-point/no-fee basis.
